I will never visit this place again! First there's a guy who's acting as he was the parking lot police that's targeting certain people where they can't park but he doesn't even work for chipotle and threaten to call the police on a guy who parked anyway! I leave and come back and there was a woman who illegally parked and he watches her get out the car and as he see me watch her too he says to me I'm just waiting for that person to come out to tell them their not suppose to park there! Are you serious! and I go inside and one of the server is rude! Chipotle if you going to have random people patrolling your parking lot just make sure they dont appear racist
Service is okay, slows down significantly when they're busy. Food is honestly so-so. I would anticipate more out of a Chipotle. Everything seems a little old/stale. Chips especially. I typically stay away from the lettuce because it looks less than fresh.
I absolutely LOVE Chipotle. But this particular location has some serious operational problems. Always out of something, and I don’t mean for just five minutes, I mean for the day. Why wait until the fajita veggies are done to start cutting up anew ones? Parking sucks. They also started making their pinto beans on the spicy side, whereas other locations don’t do that. They’re out of guacamole often. I honestly almost wish they would just close so I can stop wasting my time. Skip this location— just drive a few minutes up the road to the Oxford location.
As a postmate I love chipotle they have a system in place everything is squared away and ready when you show up no need to worry it's packaged together quite well too already to gp no fuss at all Thanks
This location is located on Ponce not far from Freedom Parkway. There was a crowd and a line when we arrived today. The line moved very quickly though. There is a sizable amount of table space here, so even though there were a lot of customers, there were ample tables if you chose to dine in. The staff at the location were both friendly and efficient. Our orders were correct and our bowls were full. The food was great. We were carry out. The only thing to beware of at this location is the very compact, yet private, parking lot. Luckily there were two of us, so one went in while the other waited for a parking space to open up. This is also a high traffic area (downtown ATL) so getting back onto the main street took a minute.
